Crema de pèsols amb brunoise de carabassa especiada, panceta confitada i ou a baixa temperatura
Crema de guisantes con brunoise de calabaza especiada, panceta confitada y huevo a baja temperatura
Cream of peas with brunoise of spicy pumpkin, candied bacon and egg at low temperature.
